Terms and Conditions of Payment for Services

This document represents the terms and conditions of payment for services ("Agreement") between FBA MARKETING LTD, company reg. no. 14206658 ("Service Provider") and yourself the ("Client").

1. Services

1.1. The Service Provider shall provide sourcing and opening of a pre-approved business multi-currency account for the Client.

2.Payment Terms

2.1. The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of £499 for services.
2.2. Payment shall be made using the payment portal provided by the Service Provider, and may be made by debit card or digital wallet.
2.3. Payment shall be required in order to activate the Client's pre-approved business multi-currency account.
2.4. Once payment is made, the pre-approved business multi-currency account will be activated and ready to use.

3.Governing Law
3.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4. Entire Agreement
4.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
