Terms and Conditions of Payment for Services
This document represents the terms and conditions of payment for services ("Agreement") between FBA MARKETING LTD, reg. no. 14206658 ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client").
2.Payment Terms
2.1. The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of £39 if a UK resident and $99 if not for the services.
2.2. Payment shall be made using the Stripe payment portal provided by the Service Provider, and may be made by debit card or digital wallet.
2.3. Payment shall be required in order to activate the Client's pre-approved business multi-currency account.
2.4. Once payment is made, the pre-approved business multi-currency account will be opened and ready to use.
3.Governing Law
3.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
4. Entire Agreement
4.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By checking the checkbox on the online form indicating that you agree to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
